Who We Are:

Ruddy’s Academy is a leading premier culinary school in Abuja, founded by Chef Ruddy – an internationally trained Nigerian chef and culinary instructor Abuja. We offer professional chef training Nigeria, cooking classes Abuja, and a diploma in culinary arts for aspiring chefs.

Our comprehensive 3-month program covers Nigerian cuisine, continental dishes, Afro-fusion, food safety, plating artistry, and food costing. All practicals are hands-on, with all ingredients provided. Graduates receive a certificate and a 3-month industrial attachment – with many now working at Sheraton, Nicon Luxury Hotels and other top hotels across Nigeria.

Our professional chef training includes introduction to culinary arts, cooking techniques, kitchen safety, knife skills, national and African cuisines, continental and intercontinental cuisines, canapés and breakfast dishes, mixology and cocktails, food presentation and plating, food safety, food costing and marketing, and more.

INTERNSHIP

Ruddy's Academy offers real-world placement at partner establishments including Sheraton and Nicon Luxury Hotels, giving students hands-on experience through our industrial attachment program – a key advantage of professional chef training Nigeria.

CERTIFICATION

Upon completing the program, students are awarded an official certification from Ruddy's Academy – the premier culinary school Abuja – validating their expertise in professional chef training Nigeria and preparing them for careers at top establishments including Sheraton and Nicon Luxury Hotels.
